Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA looking for expert vendor for Help Desk Call Centre Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to establish a contract for After-hours outsourcing of Help Desk Support for Government Authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
 [C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
